Shipping policy
TekTrendy has partnered with reliable courier services to ensure all of our deliveries are made on time and received by our customers in good condition. We aim to process and ship all online orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please note there are might be potential delays due to COVID -19, which is out of our control.
Cost of Shipping Across Canada
TekTrendy is proud to offer the best shipping rates for our products. Any accessories purchased separately will be subject to a delivery fee, so we encourage our customers to purchase them together with the scooters! Certain scooter models are only available for curbside pickup and cannot be shipped.
Shipping and Delivery Time
All orders in stock will be shipped no later than 24 hours after receiving full payment. All of our orders are shipped via ground shipping method and average delivery times are 1-9 business days within Canada. We currently don’t ship outside of Canada.
For your reference, you will be provided with a tracking number once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier. The actual delivery time will depend on your delivery location, so please check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time (it may take up to 24 hours for the system to update).
Weekend Delivery
We’re working hard with our delivery partners to make weekend delivery available for our customers. However, we do offer same day pickup if you are located in the Greater Toronto Area.
Pick Up in Person
If you are in Toronto, you can always come by our office to pick up your scooter. Simply reach us through our live chat or call us to arrange a time. We are more than happy to find a time that works with your schedule.
Signature Required Upon Delivery
The safety of your scooter is very important to us and way too valuable to be left unattended. Therefore, signatures are mandatory for all our deliveries. If you would like to change that (i.e. if you have concierge), you can contact the carrier directly once you receive the tracking number from us, and make the necessary arrangements. Most of them will agree to leave the package at your own risk.
Keeping The Original Box
TekTrendy offers a 14-day exchange/return policy, so please keep hold of your original box and packaging for at least 14 days in case you choose to return the product to us. We cannot accept any electric scooter exchanges or returns without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, charger and all other items originally included.
